Who handles the payment
Payment is handled by Lemon Squeezy, acting as the merchant of record. That means Lemon Squeezy takes the payment, issues the invoice, and handles the VAT that applies in your country. The receipt you get comes from them.
We never see your card details. We don’t store them anywhere, because they never pass through us.
What you are buying
Lifetime access to Glow From Within, an interactive digital cookbook: 64 recipes, a weekly planner, and a shopping list that writes itself from the meals you choose.
- The price is €9.90, paid once. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.
- Access is personal. Open it on as many devices as you like, but please don’t share, resell or distribute the content.
- It’s a digital product: nothing is posted to you and there is nothing to install. It opens in your browser.
- Lifetime access means for as long as the service exists. If it ever stops, we’ll tell you in advance and give you a way to keep the content.
How you get in
Access is tied to the email you paid with. After paying, you enter that email on the site and get a six to eight digit code to type in. There is no password to create and none to forget.
If you paid with one email and want to use another, write to hello@femmehack.com and we’ll change it.
Your right to change your mind
As a consumer in the European Union you normally have 14 days to change your mind about an online purchase, without giving a reason.
Digital content delivered immediately is an exception. Because access is given right after payment, the law allows that right to be lost — but only if you expressly agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right to withdraw. You are asked for that at the moment of payment.
If you don’t agree to that, the 14 days stand and delivery happens after them.
Either way: if you bought it and it won’t open, if something is genuinely wrong, or if it simply isn’t what you expected — write to us. We would rather refund you than have someone unhappy over €9.90.

Complaints book
Portuguese law gives you a formal complaints route. You can file a complaint in the Electronic Complaints Book.
Dispute resolution
In a consumer dispute you can turn to an alternative dispute resolution body. The list of available bodies is on the Portuguese Consumer Portal. As this is an online purchase, you can also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.
Which law applies
Portuguese law applies. Nothing in these terms takes away the rights the law gives you as a consumer — if any clause contradicts them, the law wins.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The date at the top says when that last happened. What applied to your purchase is the version in force on the day you bought.
